Cadillac recently expanded its partnership with the Council of Fashion Designers of America. The automaker hosted the New York Fashion Week: Men’s event in late July, showcasing some of the best designers in the world.
Cadillac is known for its involvement with the fashion community, one reason its vehicles are exquisitely crafted and styled. In order to accommodate Fashion Week, Cadillac recently built the Cadillac House, a new space located at Cadillac’s Global HQ in New York. With a new runway and aesthetic design, the Cadillac House opening was a smash hit for fashion gurus across the world.
“Cadillac is redefining what it means to be a ‘patron of the arts,’ and our partnership with the CFDA has emphasized that commitment in fashion,” said Melody Lee, director of Brand Marketing. “Cadillac House is meant to be a place that our community and partners can make their own dynamic experiences within. We’re proud Cadillac House is now an official runaway venue for NYFW.”
The Cadillac House opening also served as an announcement for the Retail Lab, a new initiative that incorporates a custom retail store right into the House. The Retail Lab will have a new designer every quarter, allowing new and upcoming artists to really show their stuff. Cadillac is truly a patron of the arts, especially since creating the innovative and welcoming Cadillac House.
